What's the largest size available?
800 × 800 pixels is the largest YouTube keeps for a channel picture — the original upload is resized down to it. If a channel uploaded something smaller, the 800px version is upscaled by YouTube and may look soft; the 240px one is the size the channel page itself uses.
Can I download my own channel logo this way if I lost the original?

Is it okay to download someone else's channel logo?
